We are currently seeking 3 recruitment consultants for our established client based on the outskirts of Southampton.

We are seeking candidates with a minimum of 1 year experience and salary will be based on the level of experience, expertise and knowledge that you can bring to the business.

Situated in plush offices with a great team with lots of banter these roles will all be working on warm desks with established business levels. You will be a self-motivated consultant who can get on with their job without having to be micro-managed and can deliver what is expected from a recruitment consultant.

Depending on your level of experience there is a opportunity to fast-track into a recruitment team-leader / divisional role within the business if you can prove yourself.

The atmosphere is friendly and the management style is relaxed. Business is generated through experience, industry knowledge and integrity rather than volumes of calls.
