Senior Recruitment Consultant

I am currently seeking an engineering recruitment consultant based in or around Worcester for my international recruitment client.

Ideally you will have experience working as a contracts engineering recruitment consultant within a fast paced environment and have a proven billing and business growth track record.

You will be able to demonstrate the ability to multi-task, recruit in a professional environment and be a motivated self-starter.

This is not a cold-desk role and is very much a 'grown-up' recruitment environment where you set your own targets and goals however, business development is a clear expectation.

To compliment this role my client is offering a salary upto 30k + uncapped bonus scheme, 25 days holiday, Pension scheme etc.
