Our Nottingham based client is currently seeking a new consultant to join their small but perfectly formed team. They are an independent company with a long history of recruitment in PR and marketing.
We are looking for an educated candidate with a bit of a spark who can spot new opportunities and help to maintain the growth of the business. You will ideally have studied marketing, media or PR at university and also have a flair for sales and recruitment.
This is NOT a 50 sales calls a day job and is NOT a high pressure environment. but would be suited to a candidate who understands the recruitment process, has billing experience but wants to specialise in a niche recruitment role.
The company is run as a team so everybody is expected to work as a team. The role pays a base salary and a quarterly bonus scheme based on profit produced by the team....
