Recruitment Consultant - IT / Technical

We are currently seeking experienced recruitment consultants specializing in IT or engineering technologies for our client in Reading.

You will ideally have a minimum of 6 months recruitment experience and be able to demonstrate successful billing.
An understanding of IT or technical job roles would be advantageous as well as the ability to juggle your priorities in the hectic world of recruitment.

You will be ambitious, driven and have a competitive edge that makes you hungry to succeed. The office is a friendly relaxed environment so a good sense of humour twinned with good communication skills are essential within this business.

Good questioning skills, the empathy to listen and understand client requirements along with the ability to multi-task make up the skills required by a good consultant.
