Recruitment Consultant

Our client is a highly successful, Southampton based IT recruitment consultancy. As a result of continued growth within the business we are currently seeking an experienced consultant to develop a new desk.

This role will be all about building strong relationships with candidates and clients and using your business knowledge to develop openings within the IT marketplace.

You will ideally have worked within an IT sales or IT recruitment role previously and have the determination and tenacity to develop this new role into a leading product within the business.

In return for your hard work the role will pay a salary circa 20-25k basic plus a great bonus scheme to reward your efforts.

The team in the office are friendly, hard working and professional. They strive for results but also have fun doing it.
