Our client is currently seeking a senior consultants to build and run a commercial recruitment desk. We are looking for candidates who are passionate about recruitment and being successful. You will have drive, ambition and a clear focus on winning and maintaining business. You need to be a team player as this office relies on people working together and is a happy, friendly environment.

You do not need commercial experience as you may have worked in a vertical marketplace but if you have recruitment experience and understand the process for temps & perms it will be advantageous.

You will need to have excellent communication skills and be able to converse with clients at all levels to understand requirements. You will be a great problem solver as recruiting in this industry can sometimes be tough and and will require some quick thinking and tenacity.
