Our client is currently seeking an experienced consultant to run a temp/contract aerospace desk. They are looking for a candidate who is passionate about recruitment and being successful. You do not need aerospace experience but if you have recruitment experience and understand the recruitment process it will be advantageous.

You will need to have excellent communication skills and be able to converse with engineers, managers and directors about technical skills and requirements. You will be a great problem solver as recruiting in this industry is not always straight forward and will require some quick thinking and tenacity.
